Your responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues. * Providing efficient resolution to issues and ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. * Conducting outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails left for the department, and participating in call campaigns. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends. * Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role. **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of related experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry. * Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. * Proficiency in using internal systems and technology to research and resolve issues. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills, experience, and performance.
