Job Overview We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work remotely within our footprint states, including WA, OR, MT, NM, and TX. This position has multiple openings for both full-time and part-time positions, offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Ensure that patients have a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and support Resolve patient accounts in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to set schedules and handle time standards Treat customers with compassion and respect, protecting their privacy and confidentiality at all times Be available to assist customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: H.S.
