Key Responsibilities Assist customers who have questions or concerns about arenaflex products, including websites and marketing materials Provide accurate and timely customer service via phone and email, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy Handle complex escalated inquiries from customers, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with customers, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date Report bugs and other issues on platforms to developers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, providing feedback and insights to help drive business growth and improvement Provide feedback to management on customer experience and customer likes/dislikes about arenaflex products, helping to inform product development and improvement initiatives Exercise patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism Efficiently solve a ticket backlog with quality information and service, working to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently Participate in ongoing training to stay current with arenaflex products, services, and industry developments, ensuring that you have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service Perform all other duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing environments and priorities Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, demonstrating a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
