Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a crucial member of our administrative support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also providing exceptional support to our agents and staff. Key Responsibilities Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Examine and amend data to ensure it is accurate and comprehensive, making corrections as necessary. Collaborate with teammates to resolve any discrepancies found in the data, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication. Adhere to data security regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Assist in creating reports and presentations using the data acquired, providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Perform secretarial duties, including filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment. Essential Qualifications A high school certificate or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary. Solid background in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of real estate terminology and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office suite and data input programs, with excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications. Remarkable precision and attention to detail, with a strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Outstanding organizing and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Good communication abilities, particularly in a remote team setting, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a real estate or related industry, with a strong understanding of real estate principles and practices. Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis techniques, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide support and assistance to agents, staff, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
