Job Overview This is a full-time, completely remote opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The role includes paid training, where you will learn about our base product knowledge and develop the skills necessary to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, and other related topics Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products to adequately assist customers with order placement and provide support or direction as needed Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally, and providing alternative solutions when necessary Multitask and prioritize effectively to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, and escalate issues to senior team members when required Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or role Proven customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a related field is an asset Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies Knowledge of the site furnishings industry, or a related field, with a strong understanding of products and services Certification in customer service, such as CCSP or CSS, or a related field Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
