As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Trauma & Extremities Business Units, providing support with sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a fair, effective, and timely manner Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers about our products and services Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve customer satisfaction, and increase customer loyalty Enter orders, manage purchase orders, and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Develop improvement plans in response to team efforts for purchase order collections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results Work within well-defined procedures and guidelines, using technical procedures and decision-making aids to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or a related field. Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and JD Edwards, are also required.
