You must be a resident of Kentucky, within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries and issues related to their pharmacy needs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is positive and memorable. Engage directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Research and problem-solve to determine the most appropriate solutions for customers, following up as necessary to ensure issues are fully resolved. Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing personalized support while maintaining high safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a blend of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and think critically. 1-2 years of customer-focused experience: A background in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues is essential. Excellent communication skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
