Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance with a range of topics, from product inquiries to order issues and returns. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution. Operate with empathy, kindness, and patience to provide a positive customer experience, even in challenging situations. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and respond in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide feedback to improve processes. Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, and be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of the team. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - demonstrated through a written assessment. Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English. Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems and applications. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment. Knowledge of the pet industry or e-commerce. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Technical Requirements A dedicated workspace with a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed). A work area that is free from distractions and background noise. A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam will be provided by blithequark.
