Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, addressing a variety of topics from shopping assistance to problem-solving, ensuring each interaction is personalized and meaningful. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, utilizing proactive thinking and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution. Operate with empathy, kindness, and patience, utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored support. Maintain a willingness to learn, embracing feedback, and operating in a culture of open-mindedness and growth. Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other team members across the organization using virtual tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating a track record of providing exceptional customer support. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in using computers for data entry, navigation through systems, and internet searches to support customer inquiries. Ability to multi-task, performing well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a conversation on the phone, navigating on the computer, and taking notes. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including shifting schedules and working overtime as required. A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Familiarity with customer service software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems. Technical Requirements To work effectively from home, you will need: A dedicated work area that is large enough to accommodate computer monitors and is free from distractions and background noise. A reliable, wired, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. A willingness to provide a suitable work environment, with arenaflex providing all necessary equipment, including a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
