Job Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at arenaflex is designed to provide a high level of customer service, answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and resolving inquiries and problems via telephone and email. This position requires the ability to effectively record communications accurately and consistently, using a computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting. As a CSR, you will assess needs, explain programs, and suggest or promote alternative products or services, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns, formulating plans of resolution and responding appropriately and efficiently. Maintain and restore customer satisfaction, partnering with other teams as needed to ensure seamless support. Perform problem analysis, determine problems, and recommend resolutions to callers, following standard protocols and procedures. Proactively educate callers on program benefits, promoting our services and enhancing customer understanding. Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels, contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations. Utilize computer tools to accurately process and document information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our quality standards. Develop rapport with callers, adjusting communication styles as needed to ensure effective and empathetic support. Provide accurate information about arenaflex programs and services, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. A general working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with proficiency in computer keyboard skills and internet navigation. The ability to work effectively with others in a team environment, collaborating to achieve common goals and resolve customer issues. A strong ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment, adapting to new processes, technologies, and customer needs.
