Whether it's providing expert advice, resolving issues, or simply offering a listening ear, you'll be the face of blithequark and the go-to resource for our customers. **Who You Are & What You'd Do** You're a people person with a passion for gardening and customer service. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are able to multitask with ease. You're also a quick learner, able to navigate our internal systems and websites with confidence. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Offering expert advice and guidance on our products and services * Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services **A Day in the Life** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Here's an overview of what a typical day might look like: * Grab a cup of coffee, water your desk plant, and get settled in for the day * Sign into our internal systems and websites to access customer information and product knowledge * Begin answering calls and responding to emails from customers * Use your expertise to resolve customer issues and concerns * Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services **Training & Coaching** As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role.
