About the Job As a Customer Engineer III, Security at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the adoption of arenaflex Cloud products and solutions, ensuring seamless integration, and providing expert technical guidance to our customers. Your expertise in cloud native architecture and cybersecurity will be instrumental in addressing technical security and compliance blockers, developing strategic solutions, and fostering strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical security and compliance blockers. Share knowledge in security, privacy, and regulatory compliance to support the technical relationship with customers, technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex Cloud. Work with arenaflex Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions. Contribute to programs in areas of security, privacy, and compliance with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Legal, and Policy), driving enablement internally to create customer best practices and ensuring alignment with industry trends and standards. Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as a public advocate for arenaflex Cloud and promoting our solutions to the market. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or engineering. 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and cybersecurity in a customer-facing or support role, with a deep understanding of security principles, technologies, and industry trends. 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud, with a proven track record of delivering expert technical guidance and support. Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders, with excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Preferred Qualifications Cloud or Security industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP), demonstrating expertise and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Experience implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud solutions for enterprises (e.g., account takeover prevention, payment fraud prevention, or other types of automated fraud). Experience in software development, developing numerous web-based applications, with a strong understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity or fraud industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, OWASP, etc.), with a keen eye for innovation and emerging technologies. Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication, presentation, and active listening skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
