About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with peace of mind. Your role will involve answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and consulting on products with compassion. A Typical Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Consult with customers on products and services, providing them with personalized solutions Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable What You Bring to the Role To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications to the table: 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment High school diploma or equivalent Recognized, applied, and explained product or service knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly Computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications The Equipment You'll Need To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need the following equipment: Internet speed > 15 Mbps, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended A USB wired headset, although you may be able to use your existing headset (except for Bluetooth headsets) A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in What You Can Expect from arenaflex At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
