Job Overview arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in supporting USPS.com and associated applications. As a CSR, you will provide technical assistance to end-users on products and services via live chat sessions and email inquiries. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to allocate their time efficiently, and work effectively with minimal supervision. You will receive comprehensive training and general instructions on all aspects of the role, ensuring your success in this position. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs utilizing the provided software and Knowledgebase. Ensure that end-user problems are resolved within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Maintain end-to-end problem ownership of chat and email sessions, taking ownership of issues from start to resolution. Work in one or multiple work queues over various customer contact channels, adapting to changing priorities and workflows. Escalate issues promptly to appropriate support teams when needed, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal downtime. Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Collaborate with Customer Support team colleagues and other support organizations as required, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. Perform other related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Type 45 WPM, with the ability to accurately document ticketing information with minimal errors and/or rework. Ability to work independently, achieve productivity goals, and manage one's time effectively. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Possess the ability to successfully manage and prioritize concurrent tasks, with proficiency using windows-based applications and software (Microsoft Office). Must be able to work on weekends and/or on rotating schedules if required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting business needs. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Help desk/service desk experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Live Chat and/or any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Degree from an accredited College / University, with a strong foundation in customer service, communications, or a related field. Compensation and Benefits The target salary range for this position is $30,000 - $48,000, depending on experience and other factors.
