Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and familiarity with blithequark's mission and products is a plus. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages. Certifications or training in customer service, such as HDI or ICMI.
