The Role: Customer Service Representative In this exciting role, you'll be the face of blithequark, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining itineraries, requesting refunds, and reporting travel issues. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, helpful, and memorable. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely, effective support Review customer history as necessary to resolve issues and provide personalized solutions Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm travel itineraries, and process refunds as needed Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) to resolve issues and confirm details Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve processes About You: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need prior customer service experience, strong geographical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly preferred. You should be self-directed, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
