As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Did you know that our Chief Client Officer started her career at arenaflex as an agent and advanced to the pinnacle of the company?** At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities:** * Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries * Provide excellent customer service through active listening * Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively * Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicate with customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives **Qualifications:** * 6 months customer service experience minimum * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer system * Proven oral & written communication skills * Ability to recognize referral needs for customer * Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of arenaflex provided equipment) * Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions **What We Prefer:** * 6 months Call Center experience * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements:** * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family:** arenaflex is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
