Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a member of our Payments and Digital Strategy crew, you will be responsible for handling everyday tasks related to check processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers. Key Responsibilities Complete data entry and balancing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate return items with contributors, doors vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions Assist different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and related Accounting standard ledger balancing Work member cases/sports assigned and provide timely and effective solutions Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products Log, report, and make necessary GL, account changes and/or returns Process Stop Pays and Check Batching Complete daily balancing and department closing tasks Obtain information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information Communicate with the vendor to process fund transfers Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws and regulations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED Intermediate Excel and Word skills Previous customer/member service experience (preferred) Previous banking or Credit Union experience (preferred) Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience (preferred) Skills and Competencies We are looking for individuals with: Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-volume pressure Ability to cross-train and perform any role assigned within the department Ability to engage professionally with all personnel and contributors Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
