Key Responsibilities Provide guidance to schools on all aspects of TV production, leveraging your extensive experience in the field. Liaise with school production partners to deliver timely feedback on student-produced content, fostering growth and development. Visit school production partner grounds to assess hardware needs, discuss industry-standard production methods, and provide guidance to administrative staff. Design, coordinate, and execute live creations of live, remote games, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality broadcasts. Make on-the-spot decisions regarding camera shots, sound, and other broadcast elements, interpreting data and information to drive creative decisions. Collaborate with Producers and Activities teams to determine camera placement, capture desired shots, and execute live-to-tape builds. Work with engineering specialists to coordinate all elements of a broadcast, including graphics, enhanced technology components, and composite music. Coordinate technical teams and consultants assigned to remote events, conducting production and technical meetings to define team responsibilities. Conduct research on teams, players, storylines, and trends to stay informed on assigned games and sports. Provide guidance to live talent before broadcasts and guide them during broadcasts as needed. Make on-the-spot editorial changes to coverage plans as circumstances and opportunities arise. Troubleshoot functional issues that arise during live remote games, ensuring minimal disruption to the broadcast. Ensure accurate insertion of ads and promotions during assigned productions. Participate in the development of concepts and content for assigned games to drive viewer engagement and market penetration. Interface with meetings, associations, school/college staff, coaches, players, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality broadcasts. Maintain ongoing communications with third-party resources, including talent, production companies, and equipment providers. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A valid Driver's License. Knowledge of real-time live game coordinating processes. The ability to clearly and concisely communicate with all team members during live broadcasts. Familiarity with technical equipment associated with coordinating live remote games. Top-notch live remote game coordinating skills. 2+ years of progressively complex related live game coordinating experience. Knowledge of sports history and trends.
