Key Responsibilities Compassionately assist clients with navigating post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order updates Handle a high volume of contacts, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment Meet our elite performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client support proficiency metrics, and completing other duties as assigned Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and providing personalized solutions to their concerns Listen effectively and show empathy, using your peace promotion skills to de-escalate client concerns and find the best solution Issue resolve, thinking systematically to solve client problems in a first-contact resolution approach Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating various programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer questions Raise fundamental issues, identifying areas for improvement and offering suggestions to management Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
