Key Responsibilities Analyze client needs and identify areas of improvement, leveraging data analysis and statistical modeling to inform strategic decision-making Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, including designing and testing new product features, marketing campaigns, and business operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to design and implement data-driven strategies Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders Inform and update stakeholders on product performance, plans, and progress towards metrics Define data testing plans and develop strategies to assist teams in iterating quickly and delivering new features for testing and rollout Focus the product roadmap on achieving key metrics and making ruthless decisions about what to do (and what not to do) Develop and dive deep on consumer experiences and competitive intelligence to assist teams in driving product development and growth Assist teams in understanding and absorbing consumer insights, preferences, and inclinations, and how these impact the product/testing roadmap Build strong relationships with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams and enable them to launch new growth drives for testing/emphasis Provide input to product and engineering teams on the impact of product launches, including target launch metrics, A|B testing, and post-launch metrics Essential Qualifications Master's degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Analytics, Data Science) Proficiency in Python and SQL Experience working in the financial sector Data analysis and generating insights for consumer-centered businesses Knowledge of query development and data ETL Experience with big data technologies like Hive, Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, etc. Machine learning skills, including cluster analysis, neural networks, predictive modeling Experience using statistical techniques, including correlation analysis, design of experiments, linear and nonlinear regressions, logistic regression, sampling and resampling techniques, time series, and longitudinal analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile or web products History of proactively establishing and completing responsibilities Mix of consumer experiences, competitive intelligence, and technical knowledge Demonstrated use of analysis, statistics, and benchmarking to drive decisions Excellent interpersonal, organizational, creative, and communication skills Collaborative person in driving growth results combined with a positive attitude Strong work ethic and strong guiding principle (integrity, honesty, creativity) Problem solver who thinks constantly about ways of moving forward Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented leader Killer consumer instincts and data sensibilities Demonstrated success in previous roles Passion for arenaflex and cool products Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
