As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, managing customer queries, complaints, and processing orders and modifications across multiple communication channels. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must: Live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, as this position requires adherence to specific regional regulations and customer service standards. Have familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be comfortable learning new software and systems. Bring experience from a highly transactional call center environment, where you have honed your customer service skills, learned to remain calm under pressure, and developed critical thinking to resolve complex customer issues. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. Have high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection, with your work location set up for a direct connection to the router (using the provided 6 ½ foot long ethernet cord or your own if necessary). Hold a High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make your application stand out: Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role, where you have managed or supervised a team of customer service representatives.
