You'll work closely with our store teams to maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment, assist with inventory management, and provide support with customer transactions. **Key Responsibilities** * Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for all customers * Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor * Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visible to customers * Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management * Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation **Position Requirements** * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
