Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, driving long-term loyalty and advocacy. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Service team. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and adherence to blithequark's standards. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards, embracing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, business, or a related field. Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools, with a strong foundation in computer skills and software applications. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with the ability to self-manage and stay motivated in a virtual setting.
