Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to presale inquiries regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, providing expert advice and guidance to customers Guide customers through the ordering procedure online, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, working with external shipping contractors as needed Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on customer trends and concerns Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
