Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Happiness Specialist. As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to presale and post-order inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials Guide customers through the ordering procedure online Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries Assist customers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors Meet specific department goals and thrive in a dynamic, multitasking workplace Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian Previous experience working with luxury goods and fashion Experience working in a call center or customer service environment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
