Job Overview: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience. Your key priorities will include greeting customers, assisting them with selecting merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional service skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business success. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, contributing to a safe and secure environment. Help in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring that our store is always fully stocked and visually appealing. Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, taking pride in your work and ensuring that our store is always looking its best. Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any issues or concerns that may arise. Perform all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Position Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your needs and preferences.
