Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring they leave our store feeling valued and satisfied. Your key priorities will include greeting customers, assisting them with selecting merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and our products. You will be the face of our brand, and your exceptional service skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels welcome and supported throughout their shopping experience. Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store, ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Help in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring our store is always fully stocked and visually appealing. Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, ensuring all sales are processed smoothly and securely. Remain constantly aware of customer activity, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers. Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Position Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures. Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments. If you have a background in customer-facing roles, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this position and provide exceptional service to our customers. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift. Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be willing to adapt to changing schedules and priorities, ensuring our store is always fully staffed and ready to meet the needs of our customers.
