Key Responsibilities Exemplify arenaflex's core values and mission statement to live out the company culture Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude Surprise and delight each client with innovative solutions and ensure that no one falls through the cracks Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner Apply for payments and send out payment reminders as directed Manage flight changes and seat assignments Handle concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, and advise on what should be printed Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently Manage client profiles and bookings Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten the remote workplace culture Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy.
