Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in Lubbock, Texas. As a Business Premier Service Consultant, you will assist business customers with requests, questions, and inquiries on all products and services offered by blithequark. This is a multi-faceted role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, addressing complex questions and concerns through creative problem-solving and navigation of multiple tools and systems. Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilization of knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers. Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services, and engage Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution. Handle wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service, using problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues. Keep up with changes to technology and applications to provide the best resolution for customers, and get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and blithequark-provided software and applications. Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience, with flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, and occasional overtime. Desire to work onsite in one of our call centers, with ability to report to our location in Lubbock, Texas. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred. Advanced typing/keyboarding skills, with ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
