At blithequark, we believe in having fun and growing as individuals while developing ourselves as future experts. **Key Responsibilities** As a Network Protection Examiner Understudy, your key responsibilities will include: * Working with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions * Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and compliance with departmental standards * Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget * Acting as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and Innovation teams * Participating in system and acceptance testing * Scope of work varies depending on the project team **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required * Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity and threat mitigation standards, theories, and strategies * Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred * Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred * Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred * Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred * Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required * Openness to Agile philosophies preferred * Coursework or experience related to Network Security preferred * Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines preferred * Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred * Experience tackling business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred * Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, transparent, gracious, and empathetic * Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
