As a Customer Service Representative - Sales in our hybrid model, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working from our Richardson, TX location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. About the Role As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, providing solutions to optimize their service experience. Your day-to-day will involve handling new service requests, addressing existing customer needs, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions, meet monthly sales goals, and ultimately deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers. Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records. Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services. Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks. Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Call center or customer service experience. Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required. For remote work, you'll need verified internet service and an established dedicated work area that meets blithequark's Work From Home (WFH) standards. Preferred qualifications include: Previous sales experience. Technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Sales acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and make recommendations. Technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Customer Service Representative - Sales at blithequark, you can expect: A competitive salary, with the potential to earn between $600.00 - $696.50 weekly + up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
