Job Overview This hybrid position is based at our 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082 location, with a combination of in-center and remote work. As a Customer Service Representative - Sales, you'll work in center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and delivering personalized recommendations to our customers. Key Responsibilities Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, addressing their needs and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours Occasional overtime may be required Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a telecommunications or technology company Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
