You'll be responsible for verifying and renewing benefits, assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system, collecting and processing copay sums, acquiring approvals, and collaborating with insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders efficiently.
