Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Interactions: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Call Tracking and Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
