As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to our clients' customers, resolving a wide range of problems and questions regarding their products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a comprehensive call flow guide, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to find effective solutions. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity. Maintain a broad and up-to-date knowledge of client products and/or services, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to provide informed support and recommendations. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their experience and meeting their evolving needs. Essential Qualifications: A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment, where you have developed your problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns as required. Technical support experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. High school diploma or GED, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer needs, with a strong willingness to embrace change and innovation. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in using software applications and technical tools. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with self-motivation and discipline to work independently while remaining a team player.
