As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Your Responsibilities** * **Field Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * **Connect with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries and concerns. * **Calmly Resolve Issues**: De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues in a fair and respectful manner. * **Escalate Interactions**: Know when to escalate interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. * **Track Call Information**: Accurately record and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Provide Feedback**: Offer constructive feedback on call issues to improve our services and processes. * **Upsell**: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. **What We're Looking For** * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT or network certifications or degrees are preferred but not required. * **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply. * **Call Center Experience**: Proven experience in a call center environment is essential. * **Typing Speed**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute. * **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is required. * **Network Troubleshooting**: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are a plus. * **Home Wi-Fi Setup**: Ability to set up and configure a home Wi-Fi network is required. * **Router/switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure a router or switch is a plus. * **Core Proficiency**: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer is essential. * **Independence**: You must be able to work independently in a virtual team environment. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required. * **Composure and Objectivity**: Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment is essential. * **Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills are required to effectively resolve customer issues. **Being One of Our People** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment that promotes happiness from the inside out.
