Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at the Henderson Customer Experience Center. As a Customer Service Assistant in Transaction Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include handling a wide range of customer service interactions, providing personalized support, and making it easy for customers to buy and finance the right car for their needs. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments, providing timely and personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction. Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department, ensuring that customers are directed to the right support and resolving their queries efficiently. Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating customer information in our systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws, to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions. The essential qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 month of related experience in customer service or a similar field. Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Must meet minimum technology requirements, including reliable internet service and speed, to support remote work arrangements. Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location, ensuring proximity and accessibility for training and team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable and will be considered an asset for this role: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving customer complaints. Experience with CRM software or similar customer management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
