In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, helping blithequark customers navigate our products and tax return software. Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the friendly face our customers rely on during tax season. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding blithequark products and tax return software. This will include addressing topics such as downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing, and very basic tax questions. You will be provided with amazing continuous support and training to ensure your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems Articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood Drive innovation and provide top-notch service, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex customer issues Build and maintain a strong knowledge base of blithequark products and tax return software, staying up-to-date on new features and updates Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about helping others. While no specific accounting background is required, you should be comfortable with technology and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
