You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. These include: * A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years * A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications * A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps * A quiet and dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions **Training Schedule** Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our systems, processes, and culture. This includes: * A Tech Set Up day on your first Thursday, where you'll connect with our team and set up your equipment * A six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET, where you'll learn the skills and knowledge you need to succeed * Regular check-ins and feedback with your supervisor, to ensure you're meeting your goals and exceeding expectations **The Application Process** Our application process is designed to be candidate-led, with a focus on finding the best fit for our team.
