Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines while ensuring the quality and integrity of the call. * Answering questions on various issues regarding benefits offered by arenaflex. * Resetting Personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system. * Gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries, and appropriately documenting customer calls. * Reading and interpreting documents on file. * Understanding and retaining a large amount of information. * Answering and responding professionally to escalate calls, should they arise. * Communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner. * Reviewing customer needs and informing customers of services and resources available to them. * Staying alert and responsive throughout your shift. **What You Can Expect** * A positive, employee-friendly culture that values your contributions and well-being. * A competitive hourly pay rate of $16.50 (bi-weekly pay). * Weekends (Saturdays) are required, but you'll have the opportunity to balance your work and personal life. * Paid training with equipment provided to ensure your success in your role. * A full-time schedule (40 hours a week) with opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Full benefit options, including paid time off, paid vacation, BCBSIL Health and Dental benefits, free Vision insurance, and a 401k with employer match. **Qualifications and Requirements** * High School diploma or GED required. * Bilingual a plus, but not required. * Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs. * Typing minimum of 25 WPM. * Successful completion of a background check. * Weekend/holiday availability may be required. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. * Strong typing skills (minimum 25 WPM). * Proficiency in using multiple computer programs and software. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
