You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including: * Comprehensive training and development programs * Ongoing performance-based incentives and bonuses * Flexible scheduling and remote work options * Opportunities for career advancement and growth * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software * High-speed internet connection and reliable computer or laptop * Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications * Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required * Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia **System Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and data exchange, you'll need to meet the following system requirements: * Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years * Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications * High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) * Mac / Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported **Training Schedule** Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
