Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 call center facility. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls from clients, categorizing calls according to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations, and performing other duties as assigned.
