We're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers our employees to reach their full potential. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication * Working with confidential customer information and maintaining confidentiality * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately communicating with customers and escalating interactions when necessary * Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues and upselling opportunities **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
