As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our business processes, communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means as needed. Your primary responsibility will be to exceed daily quotas, maintain real-time communication, and create life-long customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner. **Duties & Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing your tasks in a productive and effective manner.
