We're passionate about innovation, customer-centricity, and making healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. You'll also be responsible for numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure our patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications * Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information * Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting * Knowledge of generic medications and therapy changes * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and personalized support * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
