Operate with integrity, adhering to company policies, and complying with state and local regulations regarding controlled items. Participate in training programs, completing assigned tasks and developing skills to excel in your role. Take on additional responsibilities, such as managing online orders, providing support in the photo area, and contributing to store maintenance. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico). A flexible schedule, including availability to work nights and weekend hours. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly valued: Six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous work experience with blithequark. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
