About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Provide accurate and timely solutions to member inquiries, ensuring a positive and personalized experience Develop a deep understanding of our pharmacy benefit plans and communicate this knowledge to members in a clear and concise manner Maintain a high level of customer service, adhering to CVS Health's standards for quality and professionalism Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and adapting to changing circumstances Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies A high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: An associate's degree or equivalent experience Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a positive and productive manner A patient and helpful approach to customer service, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards, ensuring a high level of attendance and punctuality Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to express empathy, patience, and confidence What We Offer At CVS Health, we're committed to supporting our colleagues and their families.
