Assisting customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades, ensuring that their travel plans are tailored to their needs. Resolving inquiries related to baggage, flight schedules, and travel policies, providing accurate and timely information to our passengers. Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolution and ensuring that our passengers feel valued and respected. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues effectively, ensuring that our passengers receive seamless support throughout their travel journey. Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and travel regulations, ensuring that our passengers receive accurate and up-to-date information. Meeting and exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction and productivity, ensuring that our passengers receive the highest level of service. Requirements To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
