You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction * Registers customer transactions on the sales register, collects cash, and distributes change as required * Processes voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as necessary * Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including counters, shelves, and stock areas * Checks in and costs stock as required or as directed by the shift manager or store manager * Carries out organizational resource assurance methods to identify and minimize loss * Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and alcohol products) * Develops and maintains displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays * Completes resets and updates as directed * Assists with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item placement as determined by strategies/systems * Provides customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine * Takes on web order responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assists with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store environment and appearance * Conforms to all organizational policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with colleagues * Completes special tasks and other assignments as directed **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with arenaflex * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
